In order to carry out all the projects that Kiwanis is involved with throughout the year, each member is asked to join one or more committees.

Circle K Club Sponsors	To support our sponsored CKI Club at the University of Maryland College Park - by attending their CKI Club meetings; support them in their fund raising activities; attending and participating in their charitable activities and be able to provide any other advice that they may need
Couples and Friends Night	This is an opportunity to have a Kiwanis meeting with their friends and or spouse. A special meeting is planned for the Kiwanis' friend and or spouse in order to share with them our events and activities that we are involved.
Historian Committee	To review and doucment the records of the Kiwives and the Kiwanis Club activities that they club has done since their inception - the reason is to have this information on our web site in order to disclose all of the charitable activites that this club has done for its community - Prince George's County - a great way for the community to get to know the accomplishments of this club. Interclub Committee	The purpose of this committee is to notify the members of the inter club activities and state to their members what the purpose of the interclub activity is and also to encourage the members to attend and support the other Kiwanis Club in order to maintain friendship and comaradarie. This is an excellent way to find out information of how the other Kiwanis clubs are doing fundraising activities and recruitment of new members.
Key Leadership Program	This is a leadership program that was initiated by Kiwanis International for highschool students - this program has 2 weekend trips a year for 9th - 12th graders - The skills that the high school students receive during that weekend is an extensive leadership training program that promotes their confidence and leadership skills. This program is useful to the high school students for the rest of their lives - the skills that they learn during that weekend can be implemented for their rest of the
New Membereship committee	To promote recruitment of new members; welcome new members to the club and assign the members activities so that they stay interested and involved in the Kiwanis Club
Publicity	To confimr that the Club activies and accomplishments are published in the local newspapers. Also confirm that the club meetings are in the local newspapers and a request is published in the local newspapers in order to recruit new members
Reading is Fundamental	To provide books and read to elementary students in the Prince George's County schools
Salvation Army	To raise money for the salvation army Walmarts ringing the bell at the Walmart Stores
Super Bowl Foot Ball Pool	To raise money in order to donate to the children of Prince George's County. This is a way for the members and their friends to pick out the score of the super bowl football game and have a chance to win some cash! It can be an exciting day for everyone that gets involved by participation in the pool!!!!
